Estimates are preliminary
The calculator produces a preliminary estimate based on customer-selected services, estimated dimensions, material and condition. Actual prices may change after inspection, access assessment, measurements, scope confirmation or conditions not apparent in the form. HBF will explain and obtain agreement to revised pricing before doing additional paid work.
Requesting an appointment
An online inquiry requests a preferred date and time; it is not a reserved appointment, contract acceptance or guarantee of availability. A job becomes confirmed only when HBF Services Group LLC explicitly approves the schedule and scope. In this preview no online booking request is delivered.
Service limitations and preparation
Exterior surfaces may have damage, oxidation, fragile coatings, pre-existing defects, drainage restrictions and manufacturer-specific cleaning requirements. Some treatments require a site-specific assessment. Before service, the customer should identify delicate surfaces, secured pets, access restrictions, water/power availability and any known hazards. Nothing here excludes HBF from duties imposed by law.
Payments and changes
The current preview does not accept payments. If deposits or card payments are activated later, applicable amounts, processor fees if any, timing, refunds and changes will be displayed before payment and agreed to separately. Do not enter card numbers in website notes.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to provide accurate information but may correct errors and update services, rates or availability. We do not advertise guaranteed cleaning outcomes, licenses, certifications, insurance coverage or endorsements unless those claims have been independently verified.
Intellectual property and customer content
The HBF name and artwork on this site are business branding. Customers retain rights to their photos and other content. Submission of photos for estimating does not grant permission to publish them in advertising; we must obtain separate permission for promotional use.
