What information we receive
If you voluntarily call, email, or submit a future booking request, we may receive your name, telephone number, email, property address, selected services, preferred appointment date, additional notes, and information you choose to share. Do not provide payment card numbers or sensitive personal information in free-text fields. The public online booking system remains disabled. The roof quote page may show a secure lead inquiry form only when the server indicates that storage, delivery and spam protection are enabled. Otherwise it provides customer-initiated calls and text message drafts only.
Why we use information
We use customer-provided information to provide estimates; check service area; respond to inquiries; confirm appointments; arrange and perform services; handle bills, disputes, safety concerns and support; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations. Any promotional email or SMS program must be separately enabled and consented to where required.
Service providers and transfers
If activated for production, Cloudflare may deliver the website; Supabase may store business/customer records; an authorized email provider may deliver service messages; Google may supply address or business review data; and a payment processor such as Stripe or Square may handle secure card checkout. Each service is subject to its own policies. The optional roof inquiry form, when activated, uses Cloudflare Workers/KV to receive and temporarily retain inquiries, Resend for staff email notifications, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Backend settings must be independently verified before activation. We do not ask customers to enter card numbers directly into our booking forms.
Website storage and third-party content
The site uses first-party website resources and essential service-worker caching. If secure online inquiries are enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile security challenge also loads to help distinguish human requests from automated abuse. It does not load advertising pixels or behavioral analytics. If production analytics, map widgets, or advertising technologies are introduced, we will review consent and update this notice first. When you click an external Google reviews link, Google may collect information according to its own policy.
Information security and retention
We intend to limit access to authorized personnel and employ reasonable safeguards. No electronic service can promise absolute security. Roof lead records, if secure online submissions are enabled, are set to expire from the designated Cloudflare KV namespace after 90 days; emailed staff notices may be retained separately according to operational and legal needs. Deletion requests may be made through the business phone number. Booking, payment and other records are governed by their own policies when those systems are activated.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may call (954) 395-5122 to ask about information you previously submitted, request correction or deletion where appropriate, or ask to stop nonessential communications. We will verify your identity before disclosing or changing private information. Legal rights depend on the laws applicable to you and to the company. Any promotional texts must provide a functioning STOP mechanism when activated.
Children and policy updates
Our services and website are intended for adults arranging property maintenance, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit information from children. We will update the effective date and this page when our practices materially change.
